The contact information will automatically be extracted so you can quickly add it to your phone’s contact list. Without typing. How cool is that!
- RPR – this stands for Realtor Property Research. With this app you can research tax, mortgage, flood zones, and dynamic maps. And you can search properties whether they’re on or off the market. Create branded property, reports, seller’s reports, market or neighborhood reports and then sync them to your other devices. Check with your local MLS to see if they partner with RPR.

- ShowingTime – this is the system my MLS uses to schedule showings. With this app, you can manage showings and feedback, access important details about a property and search for other listings to show based on your location. The system will check to see if you’re still showing the property and will notify the sellers that you’re complete and they can return home. After your showings are done, you can also provide feedback.
- Dotloop – calling itself the “leading online transaction productivity optimization platform in real estate”. It certainly is one name that everybody knows. You can access dotloop from your phone or computer to create forms, e-sign, manage transactions and to help with productivity, workflow automation and analytics. As busy agents, Dotloop can help you add and assign signatures, initials with clients. It’s free for a limited number of “loops” and you can subscribe to Premium for access to all the features.
- Supra eKey – I personally use the basic service since it gives real estate professionals the ability to get access to keys for showings. You can also keep track of key boxes and change the settings to limit agent access, add notes, flyers or business cards to the box. Once you upgrade to eKey professional, you can create real-time property notes, create and view lists of buyers, view and compare buyer home ratings and save buyer profiles.
- FMLS (or your local MLS) – in my part of Georgia, I use the GoFMLS app. This app lets me see agent exclusive listing details, photos and homeowner information as if I were on the main website of FMLS. It can only be used by FMLS members, but it’s extremely helpful when you’re out and about and don’t want to break open your laptop. One of my favorite features is the Calculate icon that lets me very quickly check affordability or get a monthly payment amount by adjusting purchase price, down payment and interest rate. If you know more information about a certain property, you can adjust the property tax, association dues and housing insurance to help you provide a more accurate mortgage payment estimate to your client.
- Realtor.com – I use the basic free version, but did you know there’s an agent version too? You and your clients can view 3D home tours and see homes for sale across the US. You’ll see the property details like price, sales history, and school information. You can also use the filter to limit your search to only show houses within a specific school’s boundaries. Other filters include age of home, square footage, amenities, and homes that have recently sold. Not only can you use this app but so can your clients. Have them send listings to you or share listing information with their family and friend through text or email.
- Outlook – this app lets you send and manage all of your email accounts and calendars in one spot. You can schedule, delete and achieve messages to help you be more organized. Share your schedule availability with clients and open Word, Excel or other Office documents to edit them and attach them back to emails.
- Camscanner – lets you scan documents into PDF and gives you the ability to create password protected PDFs. Use this mobile scanner whenever you need to scan receipts, notes, invoices or business cards. With the signature function, you can sign contracts and share with others. With the paid version, the OCR (optical character recognition, ya’ll) extracts text from a page to give you additional editing capabilities.
- Google Maps – gives you real time GPS, navigation and traffic info, with the ability to explore local neighborhoods. You’ll look like a neighborhood expert when you know about all the restaurants, events and activities close by. The street view gives you indoor maps and visuals for restaurants, shops, museums and more. Freely share this information with your buyers or include this with your listing flyers. The navigation will help you save time with automatic rerouting based on live traffic updates, incident and road closures.
- Palm Agent ONE – this app has calculations and closing costs for specific city and counties. It allows agent to quickly generate Buyer Estimates and Seller Net Sheets and generate customized emails or printouts for clients. All from the phone. This is a paid service with monthly and yearly subscriptions, but you can start with a 30-day trial.
- Lion Desk – this is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) app that helps you stay in touch with leads. For contact management, you can assign drip campaigns to contacts, send emails, text or videos right from your phone. Stay more organized by managing your daily tasks on the app and getting push notifications for set tasks and reminders.
- TurboScan – this scanner uses advanced algorithms to quickly and accurately detect document edges. It works to straighten them and eliminate shadows. The apps says that it works well in low-light conditions thanks to its creation of SureScan. SureScan automatically takes three pictures of the document to guarantee the sharpest scans.
